If the content you are trying to access does not work, we recommend you contact the customer support team so that we can help you resolve the problem. We will need to know the type of device you are using, the operating system, and the title you were trying to access.

BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

Once you have cancelled your membership you will receive a confirmation email to the email address we have on record. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at 1-877-648-2801 to prevent further billing.

When you cancel your account a confirmation email is sent to the address we have on file. You will retain access for the remaining period of your subscription. If you are charged after this has expired, please contact our customer representative team so that we can investigate this for you.
It's very easy to cancel. Once you decide to leave you will have access for the remainder of the subscription period. We won't take any more deductions from your account after this.
If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has happened, you qualify for a refund. If you have been disappointed by your experience using our site, speak to a member of the team about requesting reimbursement.

Our team works to process nearly all refunds within 24 hours of the initial request. We will send an email to the address on file and the payment should be returned within 7 business days. If you have not received it after this time, please contact us at 1-877-648-2801.
